Cold brew coffee is as simple to make as it is delicious to drink, but roasting coffee for cold brewing requires a slightly different approach than roasting for ‘normal’ coffee. We designed this roast specifically for the cold brew fanatics who enjoy that low-acidity profile united with a pure and smooth finish.
