We have a LOT of unique flavors, and realize that branching out and buying a full sized bag might be a quite a leap! With this in mind, we’ve created Sample Packs, where you can try different flavors and find the ones you love!

With that in mind, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order and flavors are subjective.

Unworn apparel & unused gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, gear & apparel items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any other reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should reasonably expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
